By downloading, installing, or using the AtlasGestion mobile application (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the service.

2. Use of License

AtlasGestion grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to use the App for your internal business purposes (invoicing, inventory management, CRM) in accordance with these Terms.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features of the App, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• All activities that occur under your account.
• Ensuring that the business information you provide (e.g., ICE, RC) is accurate.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the App for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the service. You may not attempt to reverse engineer or extract the source code of the App.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the App (including but not limited to the codebase, design, and logos) are the exclusive property of AtlasGestion and are protected by international copyright and trademark laws.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall AtlasGestion, nor its directors, employees, or partners, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the App, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business goodwill.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this site.
