Data Deletion Instructions
At Atlas Gestion, we value your privacy and your right to control your data. In accordance with GDPR and
App Store guidelines, you have the right to request the deletion of your account and all associated
data.
Option 1: Delete via the App (Recommended)
This is the fastest way to delete your data. It is automated and immediate.
- 1. Open the Atlas Gestion app on your device.
- 2. Go to Settings (Tab Bar).
- 3. Tap on Security.
- 4. Select Delete Account.
- 5. Confirm your choice. Warning: This action is irreversible.
Option 2: Delete via Email Request
If you cannot access the app, you may request deletion by email.
- 1. Send an email to support@atlasgestion.com.
- 2. Use the subject line: "Data Deletion Request - [Your Email]".
- 3. Please send the email from the address associated with your account so we can verify ownership.
- 4. We will process your request within 30 days and confirm via email.
What Data gets Deleted?
When you delete your account, we permanently remove:
- Your User Profile (Name, Email, Phone).
- Your Company Details.
- All contacts (Clients & Suppliers).
- All inventory data and products.
- All transaction history (Invoices, Orders).
